Themed Hatha Yoga practice of approx. 80 mins and approx. 90 mins of restorative yoga. This popular practice develops your ability to de-stress, relax fully and leaves you feeling refreshed and revitalized. Most students are amazed how this develops their ability to switch off quickly and relax more deeply.

Theme: "Tiger Sequence: A Practice For Life and Living". Come and learn this short, flowing sequence, which mobilizes joints, strengthens, aids flexibility and focus. We will explore how this springboard can be developed to deepen your practice.
Should anyone wish a particular theme/asana to be included, then please let me know. Suggestions and requests are always welcome!
