I am passionate about aging well and celebrated my 70th birthday in January 2024. Although I have practised yoga for over 40 years, soon after I began practising Somatics I experienced many shifts and now feel even more fluid and easeful in my movements.... and a great lightness in my being! Early on, I even cancelled two procedures, in theatre, on my spine, and am very grateful for these healing practices.
